Kristine is a London restaurant owner and former book publisher with her late husband. This life-changing moment is revealed as we see her struggle through her grief to come through on the other side with unexpected hope.

Fresh Scent
Based on a character from the stage play "Disclosure from a Cloakroom" which had its premier at the Tristan Bates theatre in Covent Garden, London, UK in 2000. Kristine (formerly Kristen in the play) is a widow who owns a restaurant and was a book publisher with her late husband. This crucial moment in the character's life is when she decides to take a leap and completely change her life.
Vision
The goal of writer/director Carol Dorn was to show a mature woman's experience of working through her grief. And showing that life and passion don't end if we don't want it to. And that love comes in surprising packages.
