Class 1: Story & Script
We will cover the foundation of a film- the script! Do you have one already? Or do you have an idea?
We will share our award winning experience and give you tools to take with you to apply to your ideas. We will cover such tools as the "treatment" or a "one page" and the log-line. Once you have your treatment we look at scene breakdowns, the actual script, software options available that help format your script correctly and even give you a location list, props list, shooting schedule and call sheet. (this class can be taken separately or part of the 3 day package.

Class 2: Pre-Production to Production
Day 2 will be a 2 hour session.

We will cover everything and all the aspects of this from sound, lighting, affordable equipment to affordable online editing such as adobe premier which can be subscribed to for as little as $10 per month!

Class 3: It's in the can! Now what about those festivals?
Your film is done. What now? There is a great filmmakers platform that helps you set up your account. This is done in tandem with creating a Vimeo account. We will show you how to upload your film for private (festival) viewing and why. We will discuss the various rules of film festivals. We will discuss the differences between "Oscar Qualifying" and "imdb certified". What is imdb certified? How do I get registered on imdb. What is imdb pro?
All of these questions will be answered in the first half.
Depending on your level of experience it could dictate where to begin. We have a special email for any questions for the workshop which will be sent to you after you register. Please understand that depending on the amount of people in this workshop and the questions there may be a delay in response time.
